🧢How long have you been tattooing for?

I’ve been tattooing for the past 10 years.

🧢Your style?

I specialise in black and grey tattoos, with a knack for smooth shading. From a young age, I was drawn to the art of realism, especially in portraying faces and animals. Over the years, I’ve enjoyed exploring surrealism, where I blend realistic elements and elevate them beyond everyday perception.

🧢Funniest thing/question a customer ever did or asked you

The most unusual request I’ve encountered isn’t suitable for this post, but on a lighter note, I’ve been asked why I continually dip the needle in the ink cap while tattooing.

🧢You in 5 years?

In five years, I aim to establish myself as a skilled tattoo artist, specialising in a fusion of black and grey realism with elements of surrealism. I plan to develop my craft further through new techniques and imaginative designs. Also, the worlds a big place, I’d like to keep seeing more of that too.

🧢Do you express your art in any different type of media

Creating pencil and pen realism drawings is something I thoroughly enjoy. The process of bringing a subject to life on paper through intricate details and careful shading is incredibly rewarding. I love the challenge of capturing textures and light, there’s a meditative quality in the attention to detail that makes realism so satisfying, allowing me to immerse myself completely and work with focus and patience. It’s about observing the world closely and transforming those observations into art that feels vivid and lifelike.

🧢Three adjectives describing you

Creative, Resilient, Sociable

🧢Dream project/collaboration
I’m eager to work on large-scale Chicano-style and surrealism sleeves or back pieces. There are many talented tattoo artists I admire, but if I had to choose one to collaborate with, it would be Hernan Yepes. Though I think I’ve still got a little way to go before I’m within his radar :)
